The Role

  • Efficiently and accurately coordinate rotas based on availability of staff
  • Record bookings accurately and timely
  • Regularly monitor and coordinate care to meet clients’s needs
  • Undertake ad hoc care when needed
  • Ensure individual care package requirements are delivered
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risk
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times
  • Deal with complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Build long term relationships with clients and staff
  • On-call escalation duties on a rota basis
  • Ensure all staff deployed are suitably trained and qualified
  • Provide management with reports & analysis of data
