Jane Lewis Nursing Agency was established in 1987 to provide nurses and healthcare assistants to nursing homes and NHS Trusts across North Wales and North West England.
Jane Lewis are now one of the leading providers of qualified healthcare workers on a temporary and permanent basis across the UK and are proud to remain an independent, family-run company with the well-being of our staff and our clients at the heart of our business.

Our Recruitment Process
We are committed to registering staff within 4 weeks so you can be working well-paid Nursing and Healthcare shifts as soon as possible. We also adhere to a candidate charter that you can view here.
Our recruitment process is set into 4 stages as follows:
- Application Form. Once you’ve contacted our consultants we’ll ask you to complete an application form.
- Interview Stage. Once we’ve received your completed application form we’ll invite you in for an interview.
- DBS & References. After your interview with our consultant the next stage is to obtain your DBS and references.
- Training & Induction. The final stage is to undertake any necessary training and complete your induction.

In the 30 years since we first began providing healthcare staffing services we have opened a number of branches across Wales and England.
