Salary: £30,000+ plus commission (OTE £45,000) and car allowance
Location: Chester

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Complex Care Branch Manager to join our busy and friendly Complex Care/Homecare team based in our Chester office. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced individual with a proven track record of working in Complex Care within a commercial environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop the business predominantly in the North West region, and Wales with a view to growing the business into other areas.

Applicants must be highly driven, sales-orientated, able to work under their own initiative and motivated to providing an industry leading care service. We are looking for someone who is focussed on compliance with knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to respond with confidence in an emergency situation.

The key activities of the role will include managing, leading and developing colleagues in the complex care teams across the organisation ensuring that sales and financial targets are met within the current risk and regulatory framework whilst ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

You will need to establish and maintain good liaison links with other agencies (case-managers, solicitors and other professionals) as appropriate and work in partnership with other sectors. You will be required to participate in care discussions/MDT meetings regarding specific clients where appropriate. We are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task and continually review their priorities, the ability to be innovative, tenacious and resilient in your approach to business development is essential.
