In this edition of our meet the team series we are really happy to introduce Natalie O’Brien, the Deputy Manager at our St Asaph branch in north Wales. Natalie has recently joined the north Wales branch but is already a pivotal member of our St Asaph team and has assisted greatly in developing the branch’s reputation across Wales.
Natalie has answered our regular series of questions so you, our staff and clients, can get to know her a bit better by finding out what her favourite music is as well as what actress she’d like to play her in a film of her life! How long have you worked for Jane Lewis?
I have worked for Jane Lewis since the summer of 2015 as the Deputy Branch Manager for our St Asaph nursing agency branch and have recently taken up the role of Out of Hours Manager.
What is your background?
I have worked within Health and Social care Recruitment for five years, based in the North West starting as an administrator and working my way up. After returning home to Wales, I am now also Trustee for a local learning disability charity, and studying my Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
What is the highlight of working for Jane Lewis?
The highlight of working for Jane Lewis is the team spirit here in St Asaph, teamwork makes the dream work!

Not many people know but I am quite artistic – I enjoy crafts and painting.
Where do you live?
I live in Trearddur Bay in Anglesey, a truly beautiful part of the world.
What’s your favourite song?
Totally cheesy but my favourite – Never forget by Take That!
Where is your favourite holiday destination?
My favourite destination so far has been Thailand – Bangkok and Island hopping, I’ve never been anywhere more beautiful and tranquil.
Who would play you in a movie of your life?
Catherine Tate – redhead and dry sense of humour!
