For a third year we are really pleased to take part in the Chester Cathedral Tree Festival which is raising funds for the Ultrasound Breast Care Scanner Appeal at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
The event starts on Saturday 25 November and continues to 6 January and features over 50 Christmas trees, each sponsored and decorated by local businesses and schools.
This year’s edition of the Jane Lewis Christmas tree features handmade decorations by Payroll Manager, Michelle Hunt styled to resemble nurse’s hats as well as an on-brand colour scheme of pink and silver decorated by the HR team of Lesley Parker and Sarah Roberts.
The festival is now in its fifth year and continues to grow in terms of both popularity and size with the Cathedral’s cloisters area and ante rooms filled with over 50 spruces all with differing styles and colours. There is also the opportunity to vote for your favourite tree!
As a healthcare agency, we are committed to supporting worthwhile charities and causes in the locations in which we provide our care and our Christmas Tree continues our support of the Chester Countess Hospital as we previously sponsored a duck in the annual duck race to raise funds for the hospital’s babygrow appeal.
