In order to provide our clients with the best possible standards of care we are focussed on celebrating our staff with monthly employee of the month awards.
The award is presented to healthcare professionals in recognition of high standards of care which Jane Lewis is well-known and this month’s recipient of our Care at Home award is Lauren Cheshire.
Lauren is a Support Worker and provides excellent standards of care to a number of our complex care at home packages across the north west since she joined us recently in September 2017. The commitment Lauren has shown to covering a variety of packages has meant she is one of our most reliable and flexible members of healthcare staff.
The Complex Care at Home team were keen to acknowledge the contribution of Chester-resident Lauren due to the positive feedback they receive from our clients regarding her as well as her willingness to move her own commitments to fit in with the needs of our Care at Home clients.
Branch Manager Nadia Gilmartin said: “Lauren’s commitment and flexibility is a great asset to the Care at Home team and her willingness to move her own commitments to help Jane Lewis means we are able to provide our clients with continuity of care”.
Recruitment Consultant Becky Moss notified Lauren of the award and Lauren said: “I’m really thrilled and so excited and appreciative of the employee of the month award. Thank you so much!”
Recipients of the employee of the month award receive retail vouchers of their choice and Lauren chose Topshop vouchers. All the members of the Care at Home team send their best wishes to Lauren and thank her for her hard work and commitment.
